1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Osynth's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Osynth provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI influencer marketing services, including AI visibility monitoring, content optimization, and AI-generated video production. Service details and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to assets required for service delivery. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and content.
4. Intellectual Property
AI-generated content created by Osynth on behalf of clients is owned by the client upon full payment. Osynth retains the right to use anonymized results and methodologies for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Osynth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Osynth will deliver all completed work and outstanding deliverables.
